My Approach

Gentle, therapeutic, and mindful are three words to describe my approach in both group classes and private sessions.

Through slow, functional movement, we work together to support the body’s natural healing—building mobility, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each session is an invitation to move with care, listen inward, and create space for ease and resilience in body and mind while still challenging yourself.

Chair yoga

Increase strength, mobility and balance, using a chair for support.

Chair yoga is perfect if you are new to yoga, recovering from an injury, have difficulty getting up and down from the floor or could benefit from a supportive community.

Virtual Mat Yoga

A regular yoga practice from the comfort of your own home.

Roll out your mat without leaving your house. Join me live via Zoom for a mix of classes including Hatha, slow flow, yin & stretch. Recordings are available if you can’t make it live.

Private Sessions

A personalized and therapeutic approach tailored to your needs.

Private therapeutic yoga sessions provide a customized practice based on your needs and goals. Ideal if you are managing a chronic condition, physical limitations, stress or anxiety.
